Unlike many training providers, we specialize exclusively in communications systems sustainment and certification preparation. Meet the Founder
Charles Ivey, Founder and CEO of L.O.S., brings a unique perspective shaped by three decades of U.S. Army service (1992–2022). With extensive experience in leadership, training, and sustainment operations, Charles has dedicated his career to strengthening the effectiveness of communications professionals across the force. His certifications and credentials include CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ (with additional certifications currently in progress) as well as the Project Management Professional (PMI).
Charles’s leadership style emphasizes discipline, adaptability, and mentorship, qualities that guide every training program at L.O.S.
